The Site provides information about YUFAVOR, our products, industrial applications, OEM capabilities, manufacturing and quality capabilities, technical resources, and methods for contacting us or requesting a quotation. Site content supports preliminary research and communication and does not itself constitute final confirmation that a product is suitable for a specific project.

2. Product and Technical Information

Product and technical information on the Site is provided for general selection and preliminary discussion and does not replace an official datasheet, specification, drawing, technical agreement, or written confirmation. Suitability for a specific application must be assessed against actual operating conditions and the latest formally confirmed documentation. 3. Quotations, Orders, and Contracts

Submitting an inquiry, RFQ, technical requirement, or contact information through the Site does not constitute an order, create a sales contract, or mean that YUFAVOR has accepted purchasing, technical, or commercial terms.

4. OEM and Custom Projects

OEM/custom-development content describes capabilities that may be available. The specific scope, responsibilities, intellectual property, tooling, sample approval, testing, certifications, delivery standards, change management, quality, confidentiality, fees, and payment must be separately agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Site design, text, YUFAVOR-owned product images, graphics, technical materials, content, and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the Site for lawful business, technical, purchasing, product-selection, and informational purposes. You must not use it for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, unauthorized-access, security-bypass, malicious-code, attack, impersonation, or misleading activities.

7. Business Information You Submit

You should be authorized to provide any business materials, third-party personal information, drawings, technical documents, customer information, trade secrets, or other protected content you submit.
